We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

Purpose of the processing

Our website is hosted by Squarespace. The provider is Squarespace Ireland Ltd, Le Pole House, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, Ireland.

4. appointment booking plugin (Squarespace Scheduling)

We use the appointment booking plugin integrated in Squarespace(Squarespace Scheduling). When you book an appointment, data such as your name, e-mail address and any other contact details are recorded there.

  • Purpose: To arrange and manage appointments.

  • Legal basis: Depending on the situation, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment) or lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient appointment management) or the corresponding Swiss data protection law.

5. google analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

  • Processing of personal data: Google Analytics 4 uses cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your usage behavior on our website (e.g. IP address, device information, pages visited, access time).

6 WhatsApp Business

We link our WhatsApp business number on our website.

  • If you click on the link, WhatsApp will open and you can write to us directly.

  • Simply linking does not trigger any direct data transfer to WhatsApp. Only when you actively use WhatsApp and send us messages will your data (e.g. telephone number, profile information, chat history) be processed by WhatsApp.

7. integration of Instagram posts

We integrate content from Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) on our website.

  • When you visit a page that has an Instagram post embedded, a connection is established to Instagram's servers, which tells Instagram which of our pages you have visited.

  • If you are logged into your Instagram account, Instagram can assign your surfing behavior to your personal profile.
